Introduction

Flight Tactix LLC dba www.farecopy.com is an online travel agency. We make arrangements with third-party suppliers such as airlines, travel consolidators, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance for travel-related products and services. Making such arrangements with our affiliates as they offer negotiated deals, we include some set of fees and commissions for our services. When purchasing travel products and services via farecopy.com, you authorize farecopy.com to make reservations on your behalf with our travel consolidators and also agree to the total price displayed or quoted to you.

In order to provide you the travel services, Farecopy.com does not guarantee or ensure the services to be provided by any supplier, the financial condition of airlines, or the reimbursement to you from any loss experienced as a result of the financial condition of such airline.

Farecopy.com is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, non-performance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, default, or any other act or inaction of any supplier of travel products. Farecopy.com shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in any travel service, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.

All fares are including taxes and fees

All fares shown on our website are including taxes and fees. You may select the appropriate currency type at your convenience however by default the currency type is in U.S. dollars as our area of business is in the USA. The USD rate shall be used for conversion into all other currencies of trade. Airfares and reservations are not guaranteed until paid in full. You need to maintain a sufficient balance available on your credit/debit card to pay for your purchase. All reservations are not guaranteed until ticketed.

E-ticket is issued when full payment is collected. Once tickets have been issued there may be a penalty involved for changes, cancellations, or refunds.

There could be multiple charges on your credit card based on the type of itinerary you select however the total price will remain the same as quoted and authorized by you at the time of booking.

How to make a flight reservation

There are two options available, ONE: you can visit our website farecopy.com TWO: You can call our travel associates at 1-888-266-4856. The first name and last name of each traveler must be entered into the reservation exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification such as your passport, driver’s license, or other acceptable forms of identification you may have. You also need to provide your date of birth and gender as a part of the TSA program.

As per TSA guidelines, it is required to carry a valid photo ID in order to board the aircraft for domestic travel however passport and visa are required to travel abroad. Kindly verify all your travel documents with respective embassies before traveling abroad to avoid any last-minute trouble. Farecopy.com neither holds any responsibility if you are denied boarding your flight nor provides any assistance in obtaining travel documents, visas, etc.

Site usage and ticket purchase

You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your purchases using this site if you are making travel reservations for another person. You are responsible for any bookings made by persons under your direction or control. You also confirm that all information supplied by you or on your behalf, or by members of your household in using the site is true and accurate. Further, you also confirm that the traveler is not an unaccompanied minor. Without limitation, any exploratory, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services or reservation facilities of the site shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You understand that overuse or abuse of the travel services reservation facilities of the Site may result in you being denied access to such facilities.

Price match Guarantee

We make every attempt to publish the most updated inventory on our website from our vendors/affiliates to offer you the best and cheapest price in the market. However, if you find a lower price (excluding any membership or subscription-based program) for the same flight (time, date, class of booking, and the number of passengers) on a competitor’s site within 24 hours of your initial booking, we match the price by refunding you the difference in airfare or we will cancel your booking for a full refund. Price Match is not valid after 24 hours of making the reservation. Any promotional deals offer prices, and group deals are not eligible for price match.

Check-in and boarding

You should reconfirm all your flights at least 24 hours prior to departure. You must check in at least 2 hours prior to departure in domestic travel and 3 hours prior to departure in international travel. You can also print your boarding pass(s) by visiting the respective airline’s website. You must carry government-issued valid photo identification for all domestic flights. A valid passport and valid travel documents/visas are required for all international flights. Any special requests such as a wheelchair, preferred seats, meals, upgrade cabin type, frequent flyer program, and other assistance are offered by respective airlines. Farecopy.com does not guarantee to provide above mentioned services as we can only place the request on your behalf. We also do not guarantee that your meal, frequent flyer & other special requests will be sent to and confirmed by the airline. Therefore, we recommend you contact the respective airlines directly to confirm these requests.

Unaccompanied minors

Passengers under 16 years of age traveling without an adult passenger are considered unaccompanied minors. Every airline has a set of rules to allow such passengers on board. There are a few airlines that may not allow unaccompanied minors to travel without an adult co-passenger. Or some airlines may allow only nonstop flights or connection flights with the same group or alliance. The unaccompanied minor fee varies depending on the airline you book the ticket with which is additional to the ticket cost. Usually, the unaccompanied minor fee ranges from 50 to 150 USD per direction. You may book the ticket using our services however unaccompanied minor fee should be paid to airlines directly either at the airport or at the time of booking.

Children below 5 years of age are not allowed to travel alone. If you feel like having unaccompanied minor service for your child even, if he/she does qualify to fly alone, you can do so by paying the unaccompanied minor fees in addition to airfare.

Kindly verify the rules and restrictions and fees with respective airlines for an unaccompanied minor traveling alone.

The parent has to educate the children about the guidelines of airlines while traveling alone.

Changes to an existing reservation

We understand the plan change. Therefore, you always need to go through the fare rules while purchasing the tickets with farecopy.com

Changes within 24 hours of your booking: All airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable until and unless stated in fare rules. There is no change penalty on the ticket purchased within 24 hours to change however fare difference may apply. Farecopy.com will charge a 50.00 USD to 100.00 USD service fee in addition to making such changes.

On the other side, Low-cost airlines such as spirit airlines, frontier airlines, etc will not allow you to make the changes within 24 hours without any penalty if your travel dates are within one week of your initial booking date. Kindly always refer to the airline’s ticket terms and conditions to make the changes. Changes after 24 hours: Changes on flight itinerary are subject to airline fare rules stated at the time of booking. Tickets can be changed to new dates or destinations by paying 200-300 USD per person airline penalty and fare difference in addition. The change fee varies depending on the carrier you chose to fly with. An agency processing fee may apply. Sometimes airlines may not allow making any changes depending on the ticket you have purchased. Partially used tickets can also be changed if permitted by airlines. Change penalty plus the difference in fare may apply. Date change is subject to the availability of seats.

All changes must be done before the departure of your flight.

No Show

No show is a term that means you do not show up at the airport to check in for your outbound flight. In such incidents, airlines will cancel all your associated flights even your return trip as well and no refund will apply. Such tickets will not have any value even if you wish to make changes to your trip. It is always suggested to cancel your ticket by calling at least 2 hours before the flight departure. If you have not decided on your new travel dates, you may still cancel your trip for “Future Credit”. That means you can use the ticket value within one year from the date of purchase to apply towards a new ticket. Some airlines will only allow you to use the future credit within 90 Days. Airlines change penalties and fare differences will apply. Agency fee range from 75.00 USD TO 200.00 USD per person will also be applied.

It is always recommended to check the cost of a whole new ticket before requesting to make the changes. In some cases, a whole new flight could be cheaper than making the changes on your existing tickets, especially in such cases where ticket value is less than the airline’s change penalty.

Return date change on domestic flights is possible wherever allowed by the airlines as per the fare rules with the applicable change fee of 100.00 USD to 200.00 USD plus any fare difference. An agency ticket exchange fee will also apply.

On international flights, the return date may be changed wherever permitted by the airlines as per the fare rules with the applicable change fee of 100.00 USD to 500.00 USD plus any fare difference. An agency ticket exchange fee will apply. All return date changes must meet the maximum validity of your ticket.

You can also cancel your ticket within 24 hours of your initial purchase for a full refund of your ticket value. The agency service fee is non-refundable in all cases. In addition, Agency may charge a cancellation fee of 75.00 USD per person. Such cancellation can only be done via calling our customer care representative at +1-888-266-4856. After 24 hours, standard airline cancellation rules will apply.

Schedule Changes and Flight Cancellation

Most of the time airlines follow their schedule however due to some unforeseen situation such as bad weather, technical reason or to meet their operational needs, airlines may change the schedule or cancel the flight. In such cases, the airline will make every attempt either to provide an alternative flight or offer credit towards a new flight without any penalties. Some airlines may offer credit or refund if they fail to provide an alternate under their applicable rules. Farecopy.com does not take any responsibility for financial or non-financial loss in case of such schedule change or cancellation of flight services.

Travel Documents

Passport- All passengers must be in possession of a valid passport for international travel.

Visa- Kindly check visa requirements with the respective visa consulate as it is the responsibility of each passenger. Farecopy.com does not take any responsibility for denied boarding or denied entry for failure to have these documents in order.

Baggage Policy and Allowances

Personal Item - The personal items (e.g., Laptop Bag, Lady Purse, etc) should fit underneath the seat in front of you. The maximum dimensions for your personal item are 9 inches x 10 inches x 17 inches (22 centimeters x 25 centimeters x 43 centimeters)

Carry-On Bag -The carry-on bag should fit in the overhead bin. The maximum dimensions for a carry-on bag are 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches (22 centimeters x 35 centimeters x 56 centimeters). This includes handles and wheels.

Checked-in bag-  The maximum weight limit of 50 pounds per checked bag as well as a size restriction. The most common maximum size check bag allowed is 62 linear (total) inches. A common size bag for checking through is 27" x 21" x 14".

Kindly always confirm the baggage allowance at the time of booking to avoid additional charges as check-in bags are not included in domestic travel in the USA unless stated in your itinerary. Baggage allowance may change at any time without prior notice as they are controlled by the carrier. If two or more airlines are involved for connecting flights then you may have to reclaim your bags at the connecting airport and check in again to continue your journey. You are also advised that in these cases if you have excess baggage, you will have to pay any excess baggage fee assessed by each airline. Most airlines now charge baggage fees even for the first checked-in bag. Baggage fees range from 30 USD to 100 USD or even more depending on the size and weight of the bag and are per checked bag. These fees are to be paid directly to the airline upon using such service.

Responsibility

  • Farecopy.com is a travel agency that sells the travel product of the respective airlines and operators and is therefore not responsible for any lack of performance on the part of the airline or any other travel supplier. In the event that an airline fails to perform, the respective airline is solely responsible for any refund due. Farecopy.com does not take any financial guarantee of such a carrier due to the failure of its operation. Farecopy.com is not responsible for any act, mistake or error, omission, injury, loss or accident, damage of any type, non-performance or under-performance or any consequence thereof, which may arise due to neglect or error or any other act or any type of inaction of any supplier of travel product and services.
  • While you purchase the ticket with farecopy.com, You also agree to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines stated on the ticket.
  • Farecopy.com is not responsible for the loss, damage, or delay of your baggage. We do not offer any type of compensation in regard to such cases. The respective airline is fully responsible for your baggage and safety.
  • It is your responsibility to examine your ticket/receipt/itinerary upon receipt to ensure that your travel dates, origin and destination cities, and other information are correct. If you fail to do so, farecopy.com will not accept any responsibility for any discrepancies.
  • On-demand, farecopy.com will provide you the invoice or receipt of your purchase, however, ticket cost may differ from the fare collected as there is some set of commission involved.
  • Farecopy.com may refuse any ticket purchase or service to any customer If the company is unable to verify credit card information, the cardholder is not contactable to verify and authorize the charge, or if the company suspects any fraudulent activity on the purchase. Service may be refused by farecopy.com if the online transition is not meeting our terms and condition and company policy.

Hazardous Materials

Federal laws forbid the carriage of hazardous materials on the aircraft, in carry-on and/or in checked baggage. For the list of hazardous materials, please check the link below https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsafe/
Kindly always pack your luggage by yourself and secure it for safety.

Travel support plan

The travel support plan allows customers to cancel their booking within 24 hours from the time of their original ticket purchase for a full refund. In case of changes, there will be no change penalty if you make changes within 24 hours of your initial purchase time; a difference in fare may apply. The travel support Plan does not cover low-cost airlines such as Spirit, Frontier, and Southwest. After 24 hours, standard fees and airline rules apply. Our support center is available 24x7x365 for change, cancellation, and refund.
