Cabins are designed in a single-class, high-density configuration. Volaris does not offer complimentary meals or beverages on its flights. On board, customers can buy stuff from the "Entre Nubes" buy-on-board service. The airline previously offered in-flight entertainment (IFE) on most of its planes and employed pop-up displays on Airbus planes; however, by 2019, all IFE use had been discontinued.

- You can pay for your tickets in full up to 72 hours later. If you do not pay within this time range, your reservation will be canceled.
- You will get an email with your reservation number and payment information. Please double-check your information and save your data. Paying for your flight.
- To finish your payment, navigate to My Trips, select "Pay for your reservation," and enter your reservation number and email address.

Method 1: Book a Volaris Airlines flight online. Steps to book a flight with Volaris online:
- Go to the official website
- Choose between a round trip and a one-way trip. It entirely depends on your money and schedule; select what works best for you.
- Select the starting point from which you will travel, the destination, and the location you want to travel to.
- Determine how many passengers will travel; if they are aged 0–23 months, they will be considered children; if they are between the ages of 2–12, they will be considered children; and if they are over 13 years of age, they will be considered adults.

Basic- The Basic Fare of Volaris Airline is an in-budget fare option that typically includes a standard seat and one small Volaris carry-on bag and may not include Volaris checked baggage or in-flight services.
