Note: The baggage counter is only available at Madrid and Barcelona airports.

  • Drop all your bought luggage at the counters 813-814, 817-818 / 823-824, and 827-828.

Yes, however, there are only limited airports with automatic check-in. Spanish airports now have automated check-in systems in their main terminals, improving the flying experience by reducing wait times and streamlining the check-in process.

For flights operated by Iberia, Iberia Express, and Air Nostrum, you can select seats and get your boarding pass when you book. If not included, you can still book seats in advance at a lower cost or check-in 24 hours before your flight. Check-in for certain destinations opens 24 hours before departure.

If you have completed online check-in but haven't received your boarding passes, you can request a duplicate pass from your computer or phone. Log in to the online check-in portal using your details. From there you can take your boarding pass.
