• The check-in procedure ends 45 minutes before the domestic flight take-off and 60 minutes before the international flight take-off.

Check-in starting time

• For domestic flights, you must reach the airport at least 2 hours before the flight time.
• For international flights, you must reach at least 3 hours before the flight time. 

Check-in ending time

• For domestic flights, the procedure ends 45 minutes prior to the flight take-off.
• For international flights, it ends 60 minutes prior to the flight take-off.
  

Note: If you are flying from Caracas, Lagos, and Abuja Airports, the counter check-in facility will end 120 minutes i.e. 2 hours before the flight time.

• For Kiosk Check-in, the first thing that you need to do is to find the Kiosk Check-in counter.
• Then, you have to enter your e-billet number or PNR code on the screen.
• Along with that, you can use your Miles & Smiles or debit card to get your personal information.  
• After that, you will get an option to select your seat.
• After these steps, you will get your boarding pass. 

Note: At the Turkish Kiosk Check-in counter, you will get an option to check in for 8 passengers at one time with the same PNR code. 

What are the Online and Mobile Check-in Seat Selections 

Applying for online or mobile check-in within 24 hours to 6 hours prior to the scheduled flight? Below given seat selection terms will be applied to you on the basis of your flight ticket; 

For EcoFly Ticket: You will be allotted random standard seats. You can also get paid seat selection option as well. In this option, you can choose your standard seat. Along with that, you will get an emergency exit and extra legroom facilities. 

For ExtraFly and PrimeFly Ticket: With these tickets, you will get to choose a standard seat without any charges. If you want an emergency exit and extra legroom facilities then you may have to pay some additional charges. 

For EcoFly Ticket: With this ticket, you cannot select a seat as per your preference. You will be assigned a random seat.
